Job Description
Hotel Sales Executive play a key role in helping a hotel achieve and maintain profitability. They work to build relationships with potential clients, highlighting their facilities as optimum for business events of all kinds. They provide all the necessary information to help clients make informed decisions on the purchase of blocks of rooms and production of special events.
Education :
A Bachelor or Diploma degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or related filed.
Experience :
Min 1 years experience as Sales Executive in Hospitality industry with solid client databse.
Language & Communication Skills :
  • Ability to read, write and speak Indonesian and English sufficiently for verbal instruction and correspondence.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and strong ability to deal with people from all levels in professional ways (good networking)
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of organization.
  • Ability to effectively communicate professionally with guest, associates, and others as required for optimum operation of the property.
  • Ability to speak other international languages is an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Managing the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure
  • Dealing with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email
  • Contacting prospective customers and discussing their requirements
  • Achieving all revenue targets & objectives in line with the Area Business Plan
  • Working closely with the marketing team to produce any sales collateral required for the target market
  • Developing & maintaining successful business relationships with all prospects
  • Identifying what customers want
  • Planning and organizing the day to ensure all opportunities are maximized
  • Developing a full understanding of the business market place
