Saat ini PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia membuka Lowongan Kerja membutuhkan beberapa karyawan untuk posisi sebagai :

1. District Sales Manager – Tanjung Pinang

Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia (CCDI) - Northern Sumatra Operations is looking for the right candidate to fill in the position of District Sales Manager which responsible to:
  • Develop sales target for GT channel in terms of sales volume & net sales revenue (NSR) target by route and clearly communicate to all designated team.
  • Monitor and control the process of order generation, sales operation (price, discount, surcharge), and outlet’s Picture of Success accomplishment for GT channel in order to ensure excellent execution and sales target achievement, as well as reporting the update progress on activities to managers and facilitate communication from sales team to management.
  • Conduct field monitoring and reporting on National and Local GT marketing program executed by Sales Representative Team in order to evaluate and ensure marketing program effectiveness
  • Control credit on system and in-field as well as executing follow up action in order to maintain account receivable management
  • Build and maintain business relationship to key customers within GT channel by conducting regular business review based on market observation feedback and relevant information in order to grow their business.
  • Provide input to business in relation to opportunities (e.g. NOD) and customer feedback
  • Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity
  • Manage subordinates and develop capability through setting and reviewing subordinates’ performance target, regular coaching and ensuring implementation of Individual Development Plan (IDP).
  • Prepare, monitor, control the annual department budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the Business Plan
  • Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification,  assessment and control are undertaken

Job Requirement:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any disciplines.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

2. Sales Manager – Rantau Prapat

Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia (CCDI) - Northern Sumatra Operations is looking for the right candidate to fill in the position of Sales Manager – Rantau Prapat which responsible to:
  • Coverage area: Rantau Prapat, Kisaran, Padang Sidempuan
  • Execute activities in outlet to drive profitable sales growth under General Trade (GT) channel within area of responsibility
  • Build and maintain business relationship to existing and potential (new) customers within GT channel by conducting regular business review based on market observation feedback and relevant information in order to grow their business.
  • Penetrate new products to customer in order to broaden sales potential increasing in relevance with GT channel strategies.
  • Execute National and Local GT marketing program in outlet to increase sales.
  • Communicate the credit platform & term of payment to outlet, and ensure the customer compliance on credit payment in GT channel in order to maintain account receivable management.
  • Provide input to business in relation to opportunities (e.g. NOD) and customer feedback.
  • Create availability of relevant SKU in outlets within GT channel by generating order to achieve sales potential.
  • Educate customer to follow our recommended price, stock amount, CDE, and POSM standard (Picture of Success) for GT channel in order to ensure excellent daily sales & marketing execution.
  • Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity.
  • Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken.

Job Requirement:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any disciplines.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in sales area.

3. Sales Representative (Medan, Banda Aceh)

  • Build and maintain business relationship to existing and potential (new) customers

4. Team Leader (Manufacturing)

Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia (CCDI) - Northern Sumatra Operations mencari candidate untuk mengisi posisi Team Leader (Manufacturing) dengan tanggung jawab sbb:
  • Mengontrol, mengkoordinasi dan memonitor Operator dalam proses produksi sehingga target produksi dapat terpenuhi dengan kualitas sesuai dengan standard menjamin implementasi standard lingkungan, kualitas dan safety dalam KORE, ISO14001 terlaksana dengan baik
  • Bertanggung jawab untuk operasional mesin-mesin dan peralatan di production line, termasuk pelaksanaan start up dan shut down produksi secara efisien
  • Mengawasi dan memastikan pemakaian bahan baku yang digunakan sudah tepat dan efisien.
  • Memastikan dan menganalisa pembuatan laporan produksi harian oleh Operator.
  • Memastikan produk yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan standard.
  • Memberikan laporan secara rutin tentang performance dan output setiap shift
  • Mengawasi dan memastikan area line memenuhi standard GMP, terutama saat Produksi
  • Membuat Corrective Action Plan (Rencana tindakan perbaikan) terhadap permasalahan yang terjadi setiap mingguan dan bulanan.
  • Mengidentifikasi area untuk meningkatkan capacity line produksi dan mensupport seluruh development product di line
  • Membuat Laporan Produksi setiap Batch sesuai prosedur report produksi
  • Mengatur bawahan dan mengembangkan kemampuan dengan menentukan dan mengkaji target kinerja bawahan, pelatihan rutin dan memastikan Rencana Pengembangan Individu (IDP)
  • Bertanggung jawab dalam menyediakan dan mengelola lingkungan kerja yang aman dan tanpa resiko bagi kesehatan dengan memastikan kebijakan OHS, rencana kerja, prosedur, menginduksi, pelatihan dan mengikuti instruksi kerja. Memastikan bahwa manajemen resiko mencakup mengidentifikasi, penilaian dan melakukan kontrol.

Job Requirement:
  • Min. Diploma Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mesin atau Teknik Industri
  • Berpengalaman kerja min 2 tahun di manufacturing sebagai Supervisor Produksi
  • Bersedia Full-Time/Shift
